I'm not a good blogger, but I do try! I've just posted pictures of my 40th bday party...stupid thing won't let me edit the "name" of the photos, but basically it's pictures of my kids, Tom, and friends who came to celebrate with me.
The bunny cross-stitch is one that I started probably 20 years ago, ran out of thread, bought more, couldn't find the cross-stitch, found it, then lost the pattern! As I was going through and re-organizing my "stash" the other day, I found the pattern, found the cross-stitch AND happened to have the thread handy to finish the back-stitching! I have NO clue what I'm going to do with "Mr. Rabbit", as I've come to call him, but I'm sure I will think of something. Perhaps he's the right size to try the flat-folding project that Meari taught awhile back. We'll see!
The bookmark was for an ILCS swap and sent to Linda Barnes from that group - she was on vacation at the time so hopefully she got it okay!
The framed stitching is from Tara on KraftersKorner for a 4th of July swap. The two white towels are what I made and sent to her. She was so tickled with them and so incredibly worried that I wouldn't like what she made - holy cow, I LOVE it! It's so sweet and perfect for our home.
Not sure right now what other pictures I have posted so if there are questions - please give a holler! LOL Tom is the one with the BIG grin in the dark blue Danner Boots shirt. Something about the "boots last longer than a prison sentence". He used to be in law enforcement, so it makes sense :) My son Christopher took the picture - be VERY thankful that I didn't post ALL photos as he takes pictures of very strange things...but this one was VERY good!
